How to make tofu with grape sugar
Step 1Soybean processing
Soak soybeans in water for about 4-6 hours , let them soften and then peel off the skins.
Step 2Cooking soy milk
Put the finished beans into the soy milk maker with 800ml of filtered water . After you have soy milk, filter the milk with a fine cloth so that there is no residue left in the milk. Skim off the foam to help the tofu smooth and not grout.
