Received wrong badge from Ranked Series 2 Rewards

I have my apex predator trail and trinket but my ranked series one badge shows bronze.

edit: I read another thread and someone said not having it due to playing ranked early but not later. I did that to confirm your question.

Same here. I was however like most ppl in that I played the first couple months then didn’t play again. Finished gold 4. No rewards an got bronze badge

Yes, this perfectly describes me! I am playing on PS4 and played ranked for about a month after it came out with season 2 and then I stopped because I no longer had a full squad whom I could trust not to leave.

This issue has been noted by the dev team and they are working on a fix for it. You’ll of course get the correct badge but just a bit later (due to the bug)!

Yes so annoying to work hard for the rank and find out I have nothing for it. Really hope they fix this soon as I can’t be it here’s to play ranked this season now.

The same happened to me. I got platinum 4 early in the season they I took a break, came back before Season 3 to check my ranks, still plat 4. But I got the wrong badge as a rewards even tho some trinkets work.
Please be so kind as to fix this.

Good day sir,

I have played from my PC, was Platinum 4 last season and checked if everything was the same before Season 3. After the new season came on I saw that the trinket I can use are Platinum but the badges are mixed up.
Please be so kind as to resolve the issue.
