1. May 1, 2017Outlast 2 could well be the scariest horror game I have played to date. There were a few very minor gripes, but the isolation, desolation, and desperation were noticeable throughout. The sense of fear was more impactful than in the first game, and there were parts where I played hiding behind anything I could get my hands on. I went to Temple Gate, and I did not enjoy my stay. And by that statement alone, I have to applaud Red Barrels for creating such a brilliant game.

3. Apr 28, 2017Even after 13 hours of gameplay Outlast 2 continues to be a frightening experience. The game has some design problems, of course, but the flaws are forgiven when you get a true survival horror atmosphere all the way to the end.

   A- GRAPHICS- The game looks beautiful. Textures are very detailed. Frame rates are high. The atmosphere created submerses you into the game (also, it’s half the price of an AAA game- it is as nice as RE7- leave the VR aside).
   B- STORY- This is not a game for kids or teenagers. The subjects on the games are reserved for Adults. I found it compelling so far, though I anticipate the ending will not reveal everything.
   C- Game play. Unlike RE7, you never feel safe, there is no safe room or weapons to protect you. That is thrilling. Mechanics are great and I haven’t find a bug. Also, there is a lot of trial and error, so be ready to die several times reasonlessly. Also, I understand people complaining about the game being repetitive however I do not feel that way about the game.… Expand

Además, la historia es algo más confusa y tiene muchos menos momentos que de verdad te causen tensión y miedo, por no decir, las pocas veces que hace falta que te escondas de verdad para que los enemigos no te encuentren…
   Gráficamente luce espectacular (sus paisajes, el entorno y la iluminación, puesto que los personajes y las animaciones faciales siguen siendo pobres como ocurría en su primera parte).
   Resumiendo: muy buen juego de terror, pero desgraciadamente no el mejor de éste 2017…… Expand

   Место действия: колхоз, который занимается выращиванием аккумуляторов для видеокамер определённой модели (иначе как оправдать то, что аккумы валяются в сараях на каждом углу)
   Жители колхоза: тревожные люди – постоянно патрулируют свой колхоз с мачете в режиме воина. Почему они этим занимаются? Они живут в спокойном месте и туда никто не ходит – у них нет причин для паники.
   Игрок: Прибыл из сытой цивилизации, но не может дать отпор этим измождённым колхозникам. Не умеет бегать.
   Подача сюжета: Нам предлагают вникнуть в какую-то очередную историю про очередную ужасную секту, читая бредовые письма. Кому это интересно? Не понятно.… Expand
