How to make grilled fish with onion fat
Step 1Process materials
After buying the fish , you remove all the internal organs, cut off the fins and clean the scales . Use salt to rub the fish to clean the oil and then wash the rice with water again so that the fish is not fishy.
Wash the pork belly and cut it into small pieces . Onions are washed and cut into small pieces . Cumin, lemongrass, chili, ginger, garlic , about 20g each, minced . Purple onion you use 1 small, peeled and thinly sliced . The peanuts you buy are roasted and then peeled .

Step 5Grilled fish
Put the fish on a tray lined with foil, bake the fish for about 30-40 minutes at a temperature of 175 degrees Celsius.
