Step 1Cooking jelly
First, you prepare a large bowl, then in turn add 10g of flexible jelly and 1.5 liters of water. Then, stir until the jelly is dissolved and let it soak for 1 hour . Next, you put the above mixture into the pot along with 120g of sugar. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved and bring to a boil.
You prepare another bowl with 45g of crispy jelly and 500ml of water, then stir well. Next, slowly pour the mixture into the boiling jelly pot.
You put 700ml of the cooked jelly mixture into a bowl to make the flan cheese. The rest, you continue to add in 100ml of instant black coffee, stir well and then turn off the stove.

Step 2Cooking flan cheese
You put 8 pieces of cheese, 500ml whipping cream and 100g condensed milk in a bowl, then beat until dissolved. Then, you put it on the stove, cook with low heat for about 3 minutes to melt the cheese, then turn off the heat.
Next, prepare a small bowl, separate 5 egg yolks and add 2 tablespoons of rum and 1 teaspoon of vanilla. Beat until well combined, then slowly add to the whipping cream mixture.

Step 3Casting
