Almost everyone wants to have good health, experience happiness, be satisfied with their work, accept themselves, be respected and have good relationships. If you feel like your life is hectic, monotonous, or incomplete, you need to take control. Anything of value in life requires time, effort, focus and is often inconvenient along the way. Be who you want to be and live the life you dream of by practicing changing your mindset, adjusting your lifestyle, and being productive.

Change your way of thinking
- Understand the reasons for your actions and forgive yourself. Self-reflection is a healthy and positive act. Self-criticism and guilt are futile behaviors that do more harm than good. So if you find yourself acting in those patterns, tell yourself that there are healthier ways to deal with the problem. Understand that you did your best, and repeat this over and over. - Think of three points where you are currently performing excellently and receiving a lot of compliments or that you are really excited about. Write them down and put them in places you frequent, like the bathroom or stick them on the fridge.

Instead, you could try writing something like, “I’m going to build more relationships this year by taking every invitation to a social event and asking a friend to do something about it at least every week. once”.
