Start or open a project on Adobe Premiere Pro. Do this by double-clicking the application icon that says ” Pr “, then clicking File in the menu bar at the top of the screen.

Click New… (New) to start a new project or Open… to open an existing project.
If the video you want to rotate is not available in the project, import it by clicking File and selecting Import… .

Click and drag the video you want to rotate from the “Project” tab onto the timeline.

Click the Motion item near the top of the “Effect Contrps” menu.

Click Rotation near the middle of the menu.

Enter the angle you want to rotate. Type the number of degrees in the data field to the right of the Rotation heading.

To reverse the video, enter “180.”
To rotate the video semi-vertical and semi-horizontal, enter “90” to pan clockwise or “270” to rotate counterclockwise.
- Performing a rotation like this will cause some of the image to be lost and black stripes appear on the clip. To fix this, you can reframe the angle:
- Click Sequence in the menu bar, then click Sequence Settings near the top of the menu.
- Swap the numbers that appear in the “Frame Size:” section of the “Video” section of the dialog box. For example, if the frame size is “1080 horizontal” and “1920 vertical,” reset it to “1920 horizontal” and “1080 vertical.”
- Click OK , click OK again.
So the video has been rotated and you can edit or combine with other videos.
