You were an astronaut in your previous life? A pioneer? A movie star, or a monarch? Exploring your past life can be a very exciting experience! It’s easy, comfortable, and you don’t need an HPlywood hypnotherapist to do this! Follow the instructions below, step-by-step, and soon you’ll be reliving your past life!
Steps
Do it yourself
- White sound. This sounds like TV noise when there are no channels.
- Brown sound. This sound is like the sound of waves crashing in the distance.
- Imagine a white light enveloping you. Visualize that light in your mind’s eye, illuminating your feet, legs, knees, thighs, upper body, arms, neck, face, and head. This light shields you from negative influences. It symbolizes love, warmth and illumination in the magnificent mist around you, enveloping you in its splendor, protecting you from evil.
- Visualize the light in your mind. Feel the warmth of that light and let it envelop you. Repeat, verbally or in thought, “I am breathing in a powerful protective energy. This energy forms an aura that surrounds me. That aura protects me at all times and by anyway.”
- Say this five times or mentally five times while inhaling. Then just focus on imagining and feeling the energy, making the light brighter and stronger. Feel another color pop into your mind, over and over until you’re ready to move on to the next step.
- The corridor you are imagining may be clad in gold and silver, or has Gothic architecture like a cathedral built from precious stones, or a vegetation with woven leaf arches on top. The choice is yours.
- Whatever structure you have in the corridor in your head, use it every time you search for your past life. Let your imagination run wild with the expectation that when you reach the end of the hallway, touch the large door and turn the doorknob, you will discover your life in a past life.
- When you finally reach the end of the hallway – when you feel ready and out of the moment – put your hand on the doorknob. Observe your every move, feel the texture of the handle, the sound of the metal as you turn the doorknob. When the latch comes out, take a breath and gently push the door open.
- It can be something as abstract as gold, or as clear and vivid as a baby cradled in your arms. Take whatever you see as the background. Let’s build on that. Feel it. Hold the image in your mind and open it up to whatever comes to mind.
- You may notice the “yellow hue” turning into a rug. As you step deeper into your imagination, you may discover that yellow is the sunshine flowing over the carpet. Perhaps suddenly you realize that rug is in a London house…
- At this point you may be doubting yourself, but rest assured, you are remembering your past life.
- If you still can’t see anything, try the shoe method: look down at your feet, imagine the shoes you’re wearing. You’ll see what you’re wearing, and let’s start there. You might see a pair of sandals and suddenly realize you’re wearing a tunic. You can also see yourself wearing stiletto heels and a silk evening gown.
- If you find yourself in a gorgeous house with your beautiful wife and wonder how you got there, you’ve just stepped into a Talking Heads song. Smile and keep exploring.
- Once you remember something – even just a pair of shoes – and if you’re pretty sure there’s a bit of truth in it, you can start pondering from there. Always start each paragraph with what you have seen. Always start from the known to the unknown.
- There is almost always a bit of truth hidden deep in those images. You will only know for sure when you have been through many reflections on your past life, and you begin to see patterns and details again and again.
- Meanwhile you have to believe what you see is real; otherwise you will never reach your destination. Your analytical mind will only extinguish every image as a product of an over-excited imagination.
- If that doesn’t happen and you’re ready to go back to your present life, just imagine the path where you started. Open the door and walk down that passage of gems – or whatever you have imagined – and tell yourself that once you reach the starting point, you will feel well again, and you will remember life. in his previous life with perfect clarity in every detail.
Hypnotherapy

- Clear your mind of guided thinking and let whatever comes naturally to you.

- Once you are ready and completely relaxed, they will open the doors to your past lives and guide you back through time.
- They will encourage you to recollect your memories in as much detail as possible.
- They can take you back into the womb and talk to you in your pre-birth state about your past life.
- Once you’ve found your past life, they’ll guide you through it, encouraging you to feel it in retrospect, only this time you’re awake, you’ll be fully aware. his past.
- As the session draws to a close, the hypnotherapist will gradually bring you back to reality and your present life.
Advice
- If you discovered something tumultuous in your past life, remember that the aura is always around you. You can leave as soon as you want. You don’t have to stay and witness the scary moments.
- During a break, or after writing down your thoughts and ideas, think about certain things in particular that you once had a “connection” with. Maybe it’s language, music (very common), places and scents. You may have feelings of liking or disliking those elements. They will help open up a part of you, both distant and familiar, like your past life.
- Do not practice self-hypnosis exercises for days in a row or too often. When you try too hard, you will only create inaccurate past life memories. Furthermore, if the hypnosis sessions are separated by a certain amount of time (and weeks or months), after rereading your notes, you may find that the information about your past life overlaps two times. times – a clear indication that what you see is real.
- Be willing to find and acknowledge the echoes of the truth in what you see (or feel, smell, hear). You will know the truth when you find it out. You will experience the memory of reincarnation, and suddenly you will have a premonition regarding something in your present life.
- This may not work right away, keep trying until you succeed in recalling something.
- Don’t try too hard. Let the process be simple and natural. You shouldn’t stress about this.
- The return to the previous life is associated with the memory and the journey of the soul. That’s you. Freud, Jung and several other psychologists agree that the subconscious mind – the place where memories and information is stored – can be difficult to reach, but not impossible.
- Use the same protective words and the same images each flashback to create a conditioned reflex as in the “Pavlov’s dog” experiment.
- You may find yourself getting good results by using the “Best Me” self-hypnosis technique to more easily bring your whole being into the experience of reincarnation.
- To make the mind very sensitive to memories of past lives, you can use hyper empiric induction, a method based on specific principles of extended, alertness. memory, awareness and sensitivity.
Warning
- There are many documented cases of children reliving memories of their lives in a previous life. The events, names, and places that children recall are not included in their knowledge. These children are usually only two years old.
- Know that some pretty weird things can happen during past life return and self-hypnosis. The most common phenomenon is an out-of-body experience. It is the feeling of floating above your own body, as if your soul is floating above your body lying in bed. While this isn’t a past life experience yet, it brings you closer to spirituality, which increases your ability to recall past lives. This experience is often accompanied by increased heart rate and rapid eye movements as you “see” your surroundings.
- A Chinese proverb says, “It doesn’t matter if the cat is white or black, what matters is that the cat catches the mouse”. From a serious psychological perspective, it makes no difference whether past life experiences through hypnosis are real or just imaginary. If people affirm that the experience of returning to a previous life has brought them relief, the process is still beneficial, no matter how it is interpreted.
- Another possible phenomenon is “crumbling”. Your memories will come to life, your heart rate will increase, and you will begin to feel very small, as if you were made of a tiny particle of consciousness, peeking out from the so-called eyes. The images you see will shatter like shards of glass. You may begin to see abstractions, shapes and forms as in a strange dream. Gradually, all the memories of the previous life were filled with those fragments. This whole experience can be chaotic. But accept such strange and abstract things as normal. Don’t let them worry you. You just have to get yourself out of that picture and stop. Thinking about your body (and inside it) will automatically bring you back to where you were.
- Don’t confuse reality with what you want to see, or as Bob Dylan once said, “Don’t confuse heaven with the house down the road”.
- If you come across an unpleasant image when you remember a past life, understand that you can take yourself out of that place and wake up from hypnosis. Even though you are protected by the white light that surrounds you, you can still walk through a scene of unbearable suffering. Then you just need to open your eyes. If you decide to continue to see the unpleasant aspects of your past life, remind yourself that you are only observing it, not reliving that life, and that you are not affected by the pain and suffering. Fear in the warm light is protecting you – you will see that life as a movie with the roles of professional actors. Tell yourself it can’t harm you, and it won’t upset you.
- Many people living in Western culture today are skeptical of past life experiences because we have not been able to scientifically prove that reincarnation is real – even though half of the world believes it. . (For example, no one has ever brought back an ancient Roman coin from a hypnotic apparition.)
- As in other forms of religious experience, we need to be open (or at least patient) to the discovery of memories from previous lives, so long as they help us to explain phenomena. reasonably exist.
