How to Read Emails

Sign in to your email provider’s website. Even if you sign up for email from free email services, or you get an email account from your internet service provider when you sign up for the service, you can check your inbox via email. via your web browser. Open the website you use to sign in to your email account. For example, if you have a Gmail account, go to mail.google.com , or if you have an email account provided by FPT, you can go to mail.fpt.com.vn and click on Secure Mail.

Some email service providers like Gmail allow you to reply to messages directly in the same display of the original message, while others require you to click the “Reply” button or click the “Reply” button. Delete or categorize read messages. If you don’t take the time to manage your inbox, your inbox will fill up with emails very quickly. After reading and replying to a message, delete it or organize it into a specific folder, as this will make it easier to keep track of the message.

Do not click on links of unknown origin. Email is one of the common ways for others to scam and “phish” you (phish is a deceptive tactic to steal information). Emails with incredibly tempting offers are often phishing emails. Never click on these links unless the sender is someone you trust. But even if the email is sent from someone you know, be very careful, because sometimes these emails are caused by computer viruses from the sender that are sent automatically without them knowing.
