Master the technique of punching

The more you practice punching, the stronger the punch will be. At some point you can punch very hard objects like walls or floors, but don’t use all your strength to punch a wall if you’ve never punched before.
- Start with 12-15 punches per hand. Try to do 10 sets for each hand and do it every day.
- Remember not to overuse your dominant hand to overdo it, while neglecting the other hand. If one of your hands is clearly weaker than the other then you should focus on that hand.
