With VLC Player compatible with most browsers, you can view almost any VOB file. On Windows, you can use MPC-HC with similar features. If you have a Plex media server, convert the VOB file to MKV format for easy viewing of content without any quality loss. You can burn VOB files to disc and play them with a regular DVD player.
