How to make Tiramisu bánh
Step 1Make a mixture of eggs, milk, sugar, Mascarpone cheese
Separate the egg yolks and whites, then put the egg yolks and sugar in a hot pan placed on the stove. Use a whisk to beat the mixture until they are completely blended, then pour the milk into the pan, stirring constantly. Continue until the mixture boils.
Turn down the heat and cook for 1 more minute, then turn off the stove . When the mixture cools slightly, pour it into a container, close the lid, and place it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Step 2Make a mixture of thick cream, vanilla
Put the condensed cream and vanilla in a large bowl, use a whisk to beat until the cream hardens, forming a standing peak, then stop.

Step 3Baking
Pour the coffee and rum into a deep dish, dip each Ladyfinger biscuit in the solution, then place the cookies in a single layer on the bottom of an 18 x 28 cm bowl . Coat that cookie layer with a mixture of eggs, milk, sugar, and Mascarpone cheese and then cover with a layer of condensed cream, vanilla.
After coating the thick cream, vanilla, you dip the cookies in the coffee and rum solution to make the 2nd layer of Tiramisu. After the 2nd layer, if there are cookies left, continue with the 3rd layer until the cake is finished. When you run out of cookies , ingredients, or the container is full, stop.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place the bowl in the refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours . When the time is up, take the cake out and sprinkle it with a layer of unsweetened cocoa powder.
Good tip : You should only leave the cake for 4-6 hours in the refrigerator, for longer the cake may be too hard.
