Step 1Process materials

You lightly sauté shiitake mushrooms in a pan of hot oil, add 1 teaspoon of seasoning powder.
Step 3Steamed fish
You put the pre-fried fish in the pan and put it on the stove, then pour the sauce on top and add 1 teaspoon of pepper.
Then, you use 1 can of beer and slowly pour it all into the fish pot and cover and cook for 10 minutes.
