How to make cassava tea (tapioca tea)
Step 1Soak tapioca tubers
First, you mix a bowl of brine with the ratio of 1 liter of water and 15 grams of salt , soak all the cassava tubers you have peeled in salt water for 2 hours or overnight to eliminate toxins in the potatoes and potatoes are not bitter .
Step 2Steamed tapioca
Put the salted tapioca into a steamer with pandan leaves until the potatoes are soft enough and do not let the potatoes crack . Then you take the potato out, let it cool and cut the potato into bite-sized squares and remember to remove the mistake in the middle.

Step 3Making tea

Note: after you have added the tapioca flour, you should keep the heat very low and only cook for about 2 more minutes because the tapioca starch cooks quickly, if cooked in high heat it will make the dough clumpy .
