Step 1Fried tofu

Step 2Make char siu sauce
You put in a cup 1/2 tablespoon of char siu powder, 1/2 teaspoon of MSG, 1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of malt, 1 tablespoon of chili sauce, 1/ 2 tablespoons ketchup, 1 tablespoon sugar and stir well.
Step 3Make char siu tofu
Reuse the pan used to fry tofu with a little oil left, add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic to the pan to fry until golden aroma.
When the garlic is golden, bring the sauce to a boil, then add the tofu and flip the sides to absorb the sauce. After about 2 minutes of cooking on medium heat, add 150ml of filtered water to the pan and continue to cook until the sauce thickens, then turn off the heat.
