How to make plum mousse cake
Step 1Make cake base
You prepare a round 18cm mold, cover with a layer of food wrap on top of the cake mold. How do you make the wrapper cover the entire side of the cake pan ?

Step 3Make mirrored plum jelly
You mix 5g gelatin in 25ml cold water, stir well for a moment and then let the gelatin bloom for 10 minutes . After 10 minutes, heat until gelatin melts in the microwave or steam in a water bath.
You put 90ml of filtered water, melted gelatin and 80g of plum syrup in a bowl, stir until a soluble mixture is obtained. Then, you pour the plum jelly mixture over the frozen cake. Now put in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours and the plum mousse will be finished.
Step 4Finish the cake
