Step 1: Make yogurt
Stir the condensed milk with boiling water until the milk dissolves, then add 1 liter of condensed milk. Stir to combine the milk mixture.
Wait 10 minutes for the mixture to cool down a little, put in 2 boxes of yogurt . Mix well with your hands so that the yogurt is evenly distributed in the mixture.

Cover the mixture with cling film. Pour the mixture into a larger pot, or styrofoam bucket , and then pour boiling water around halfway up the mixture. Close the lid and incubate for 8 hours.

Fruits of all kinds you cut or puree depending on your preference. Add sugar according to the sweetness of the fruit, then slug in a hot pan. Until the sugar dissolves and penetrates evenly, the jam becomes viscous, the color of the jam becomes dark and clear.
Wait for the jam to cool, then put it in a bag to make it easier to put the jam into the bottle.

After the yogurt has been incubated for enough time, take it out and stir well, put it in a mug with a sharp tip to make it easier to put in the bottle.

Only brew for exactly 8 hours, if the incubation time is exceeded, the milk will be sour and not delicious.
