Step 3: Sweet tamarind slug
– You add pineapple and sugar to the pan with low heat for about 30 minutes until the fragrant turns clear yellow.
– Next, take the tamarind meat out of the refrigerator and put it in the slug pan for another 15 minutes.
– After 15 minutes, you put the tamarind seeds into the slug for 5 minutes , then turn off the heat, add grated ginger, mix well, let it cool.
