Step 1Make cake dough
First, you put in a bowl of 80ml of fresh milk and 5ml of lemon juice, stir with chopsticks , leave the mixture at room temperature for about 10 minutes for them to precipitate.
Next, mix 260g of flour and 5g of yeast and set aside. Prepare a large bowl for 30ml of fresh milk, 42gr of unsalted butter, then heat the mixture on a pot of water until completely dissolved.
Add to the buttermilk mixture 25g sugar, 2g salt, 1 egg and beat, you can add a little vanilla as you like. Continue to add the milk + lemon mixture and stir well.

Step 2Knead and knead the dough
