Ingredients for making cakes with rice cookers

How to make cakes with rice cooker
Step 1Making dough
Smooth the flour with a sieve, crack the eggs, separate the whites from the yolks and set aside as shown in Figure 2.
Add salt, add 4-5 drops of lemon juice to the bowl of the egg whites and beat with a whisk until the egg whites are milky.
When the mixture floats from large air bubbles to small air bubbles , divide the sugar into 3 parts and put them in a bowl one by one, continue to beat until the egg whites have stiff peaks, then stop.
Step 2Stir eggs
Add vanilla, sugar, flour, fresh milk to the bowl of egg yolks and beat with a whisk.
Step 3Stir in cake flour
Pour 1/3 bowl of beaten egg whites into the bowl of flour, egg yolk mixture, then mix well with a whisk until the mixture turns light yellow.
Next, pour the mixture back into the egg whites and fold using the fold technique. When the mixture is mixed, stop, do not mix for too long, avoid air bubbles, and the cake does not bloom well.
Step 4Cook bread
Place parchment paper on the bottom of the rice cooker and pour in the flour mixture, cover. Press the Cook button to cook for 90 minutes . After every 30 minutes, press the Cook button once .
Note that after 60 minutes , if you touch the lid of the pot and feel hot, you do not need to press the Cook button again, but leave the Keep Warm button on for 30 minutes for the cake to cook completely. If the lid is not hot, press the Cook button again.
After 90 minutes, open the pot lid, press on the cake surface, if the cake surface does not sink, the cake is cooked, you can turn off the power immediately.
Step 5Take the cake out of the pot
Remove the inner pot from the pot body, place the inner pot face down on the parchment paper to remove the cake, remove the liner and turn the cake over and place it on the griddle to dry.
