How to make Oreo bingsu

Step 1Freeze fresh milk

Pour 300ml of fresh milk into a zip bag , seal the bag tightly and place it in the freezer for 2-3 hours.

During that time, separate the cream and Oreo crust, use the crust to put in a zip or plastic bag to pound.

Freeze fresh milk and pound Oreos

Step 2Crush frozen milk to make bingsu

Bring the frozen milk out and pound until smooth.

Put in a glass 1 layer of Oreo cream, to curd, 1 layer of Oreo crumbs . Repeat these 3 layers until the glass is full.
