The pressure to express yourself and pursue impossible desires makes you wish for a simpler and more peaceful life than ever before. By adjusting your schedule, rearranging your life priorities, and changing your physical environment, you’ll be able to live the way you’ve always wanted to.

Timetable Adjustment
- Avoid embracing too many things on yourself. Doing more than one thing is already quite common, if not the norm. - Find a limit to reduce the amount of work you can do well. The goal is to do a good job so that you feel comfortable, satisfied with your achievements.

This is a suggestion for you to share a little information with others to create a boundary for yourself. - To determine the value that is important to yourself, think about the times when you felt the happiest, proudest, most fulfilled, and most satisfied in your life. Make a list of those times and point out what you took seriously. Maybe you value creativity, risk-taking, loyalty, and the ability to work hard every moment. It’s also possible that for you, family is the most important. They are the source of the power that drives you to do everything.
- If you want to live simply and peacefully, then you should value peace, hard work, stability, and health.
- Decline an invitation to an event that you feel is inconsistent with your goals of peaceful living.

- Decide on a clear goal. Maybe you set a goal to create a schedule and keep a history of every effort you make to rearrange things. Self-monitoring will bring about real change. [10] X Research Source

- Realize your progress and reward yourself. If you successfully hit all of your daily, weekly, or monthly goals, celebrate the achievement. The purpose of this exercise is to let others know what feelings and actions you appreciate when someone else does the same for you.
- Do I feel comfortable thinking about that person?
- Are negative feelings good or bad for me?
- Does my thought of wanting to take revenge on that person really have an impact on another person?
- The obvious answer to these questions is always no. Next, respond with gratitude statements such as: I feel comfortable letting go of my resentment towards the person; Focusing on letting go of the past in order to live on makes me feel better; I want to wholeheartedly improve my life instead of ruining the lives of others.
Changing Living Environment
- If you must be close to where you’ve lived recently, research potential properties to rent or buy them. You should consult a real estate management professional.
- If you want to make a big change, research the remote area that suits your needs. You’ll probably feel better and more active when you’re near the ocean, in the mountains, or on the rooftop of a beautiful tall building.
- You can make a large loan advance to get a home that is environmentally friendly, and has a creative, peaceful design. [17] X Research Source
- The eco-friendly small car will get you where you want to go and reduce the smoke where you’ve been. Reducing environmental pollution means living a simpler, healthier life.
- Get a bike ready and ride it to work. This is great exercise and you’ll always have a good parking spot.
