VOER is the first open educational resource site – OER (Open Educational Resources) in Vietnam. Here you have the ability to search for (and not just search for) educational resources that are open-licensed , more precisely, Creative Commons-licensed [1] X Research Sources Attribution, or Creative Commons Attribution , or CC BY 3.0 for short, and almost all of those resources, are in Vietnamese.
