How to Download Apps from Google Play to PC

This wikiHow teaches you how to download Android apk from the Google Play Store to your Windows computer. We can use an Android emulator called “Bluestacks” to install and run apps directly from the Play Store. Or, you can use the Google Chrome extension to download the APK file of your app for free from Google Play.

Download and install Bluestacks. Bluestacks is an Android emulator for Windows and Mac computers. To download and install the software, you need to proceed:

Go to https://www.bluestacks.com/ on your computer’s web browser.
Click DOWNLOAD BLUESTACKS 3N (DOWNLOAD BLUESTACKS 3N)
Click DOWNLOAD .

Set up Bluestacks. Open Bluestacks if it doesn’t open automatically, then follow the on-screen instructions to choose a language, sign in with your Google account, and so on.

Find apps. Type the app name (or a keyword to search for if you don’t remember specifically) and then press ↵ Enter .

Select application. Scroll down until you find the app you want, then click on the app icon to access it.

Click OPEN in the Google Play Store.

Install APK file. If you choose to use 1Mobile Downloader to download the app’s APK file, you can install the APK file directly into Bluestacks as follows:

Open Bluestacks if it’s not already open.
Click the My Apps tab in the upper left corner of Bluestacks.
Click Install apk at the bottom right of the window.
Find and select the APK file in the window that opens.
Click Open or Choose in the lower-right corner of the window.
Wait for the application of the APK file to appear in the “My Apps” section.

Use Google Chrome Extensions

Understand this method. By installing a free extension to Google Chrome, you can download the APK file of any Android app from the Google Play Store. Remember, this is not applicable to paid apps.

We cannot open APK files without specialized software (such as Bluestacks).

Open the Google Play Store app page. Go to https://play.google.com/store/apps on Chrome. The online Google Play Store interface will open.

Copy the URL of the app to download. To get the desired application through Chrome, you first need the web address of the application:
