How to Curve Text in Illustrator

This article will show you how to warp text in Adobe Illustrator using the Warp option in the Effects menu or using Type on a Path Top on your computer. Unfortunately, the Adobe Illustrator Draw mobile app does not support the feature outlined in this article.

Use the menu

Open your Illustrator project. You can do this by clicking the “File” tab in Illustrator, or by searching for the file in the file viewer, right-clicking and pointing to “Open With…” and then clicking “Illustrator.” . This is the easiest way to do it on both Mac and Windows computers.

Select the text you want to warp. You can create new letters by clicking the text tool in the menu or pressing “T” on your keyboard.
