Steps
Create a new Power Point presentation
- Templates include general colors, fonts, and styles.

- If you don’t have Microsoft Office, you can still use Apple’s Keynote or Google Slides software to create PowerPoint presentations.
- Regularly click save during the process to avoid losing content when the computer unexpectedly shuts down or crashes.
- If you save your PowerPoint presentation in the .pps format instead of the default .ppt format, double-clicking the PowerPoint file will immediately display the content as a slide show.
