Open the Outlook website . This will open your inbox if you’re signed in to Outlook.

Tap the checkbox to the left of an email. It’s the white box in the top left corner of the email preview. This is the email that you intend to mark as spam.

Click Junk . This button is in the row of options above the Outlook mailbox, to the right of the Archive folder. This button when clicked will proceed to move the selected emails to the “Junk” folder.

Right-click (PC) or two-finger click (Mac) in the “Trash” folder. This section is located on the left side of the Outlook page.

Click Empty fpder (Empty folder). You will see this option on the pop-up window.

Click OK . Now the Junk folder is no longer junk email and the senders of selected emails will be marked as spam recipients.

- You can (and should) check your Junk folder from time to time for valid emails that are still marked as spam by your blocking settings
Warning
- If you enable the “Exclusive” option to block spam emails, make sure important contacts have been added to your contacts before you want to receive emails from them (or check your Junk folder).
