Being a good person doesn’t just mean you do something for others. You have to accept and love yourself before you can channel positive energy into the entire planet. Here are a few tips to help you become a better person.

Improve yourself
- What is your ideal person? Make a list of the qualities you believe make an ideal good person. Start aligning your life with those qualities. [2] X Research Source
- Are you waiting for something in return? Do you do things like that just because it makes you look like a good person? Or do you do it because you really want to give and help? Stop pretending and learn to give without expecting anything in return. [3] X Research Sources
- What audience are you looking for and why? How have they made the world a better place, and how can you do the same?
- What qualities do you admire in them? And how can you develop those same qualities?
- Always stick to that model, like a friendly spirit is always with you. Think about how they would respond to a question or situation, and what their behavior is usually like.

- Are you just pretending to be a good person? If you yourself feel disliked or angry about helping others, you may not be a good person despite all your outward actions.
- Find a private and safe place, away from distractions. Sit in a comfortable position. Get rid of all thoughts, breathe deeply and slowly. Observe the thoughts in your mind.
