The Green Keycard.
The Green Keycard is an item used to open green doors by swiping the Green Keycard on the nearby access panel, but you will also need to power the door by placing an Electric Fuse in a power box and activating it (often located in a different place). To swipe a Green Keycard simply left-click.

Green Keycard Puzzles
Green Keycards can be used to open locked doors at the following locations. Notes that all of them will require a fuse to complete the puzzle, to gain entry.
