PRICING & PAYMENT

Wheel Pricing:	Starts at $125 per wheel. Please send photos as it makes for more accurate pricing. Request A Price Estimate
Turn Around Time:	2-5 business days Loaner wheels and tires are available for local customers so you can drive your car while we process your wheels.
Wheel Accessories:	Center Caps and Lugnut Covers can be processed separately please contact for pricing
Parts Pricing:	Contact us or send us photos to Request An Estimate
Available type of processings:	Automotive, Marine, ATV-UTV, Aerospace, Industrial, Motorcycle, Residential or any type of project that is alloy or steel and some plastics. Send us photos so we can see what we are working with to our Request An Estimate Page.

Payment is required prior to any work being performed. Payment for work is accepted via Personal / Company check, PayPal, Visa / Mastercard, Money Order, and Bank Wire Transfer. Do not send payment along with the wheels. We will ask for payment once the wheels arrive. We will send you an invoice via your provided email address. Please make sure this is an email address that you check regularly.
** Local customers can drop off and pick up to save freight costs. Los Angeles sales tax is 9.5%. No sales tax if shipped outside of California. All prices estimates are in US Dollars. All out of country orders Bank Wire Transfer is the method of payment. In review, once we have received payment the processing of your wheels or parts begins. If for some reason you have not heard from us requesting payment for processing after your parts have arrived, please double-check that we have received your payment.

What is Fusion Powder Coating™

Fusion Powder Coating™ is an advancement in powder coating technology. This new proprietary process is a combination of Eco-friendly clean pretreatment, enhanced application methods, and Pulse Power technology. Being in the Chrome Plating business has taught us that wheel finishing is more than just a process it is an art form. Various methods and special techniques are required to produce a finish that resembles jewelry. Traditional powder coating is more of an industrial protective coating than a decorative finish.

At CalChrome, we recognize that Chrome Wheels are not appropriate for every application. Many customers have requested a deep and highly reflective luxury finish, which is neither Chrome, or Black Chrome. Fusion powder coating is our answer to that request. It has more depth and gloss than a typical power coat while maintaining the durability, corrosion protection and ease of cleaning.

Con: Box feeder unit which as shown above does not fluidize the powder which can result in uneven levels of application. Difficult to change colors as it requires removal of suction tube to be thoroughly cleaned prior to installing into next color. DIRTY!

Pro: Pulse power technology insures even coverage in deep recessed areas. Wheel designs often require this extra detail. Eliminating Faraday cage effect.

Con: Excessive ‘Orange Peel’ resulting in an inconsistent textured finish. This is due to buildup on flat surfaces trying to get powder in to the deep recessed areas.

How long does it take? Processing Time

Processing time Takes approximately 2-5 working days depending on the type of wheel we are working with. Price does not include the processing of accessories such as center caps. For those who wish to have your center caps processed to match the Fusion Powder Coat on your wheels, Call For Pricing 661-294-0170.

If you need assistance in determining what wheel style / design you have, please refer to our wheel type guide. For multi-piece wheels and welded two piece wheels please call for a estimate. We can give you a more accurate estimate depending on which service best suits your needs.

You may send payment along with the wheels attached to the Customer Instruction Sheet. This will help expedite processing time. If you are unsure of the work to be performed, we can upon receiving your wheels, send you an estimate once we have determined what work needs to be performed.

WE INSTALL AS WELL!

For all local customers, we can remove and reinstall tires and wheels at our shop in Valencia California. We feature Hunter Engineering equipment at the top of the industry. All of our installs include road force balancing and nitrogen fill. Installation pricing starts at $25 per wheel.

MOBILE INSTALLATION

For some local customers, we offer mobile installation where we come to you, your home, or your office. Separate purchase required.
