Vinnie Hacker established himself as a major TikTok personality back in 2020, and has since amassed 13 million followers on the video-sharing platform, just over 5 million on Instagram, and roughly 722.4K on Twitter. He is probably best known for his lip-syncing and selfie-style videos, often including his friends and family, or showing off his various tattoos.

Now with the recent release of Hype House — the Netflix reality series offering a glimpse inside the lives of the famed social media collective by the same name — viewers are starting to see even more of Vinnie, who joined the content group back in January 2021. Vinnie was born on July 14, 2002 in Seattle, Washington and attended O’Dea High School, where he played on the baseball team. He also played for the Seattle Select Baseball Club, one of the premier youth leagues in the state.

He has his own clothing brand

In December 2020, Vinnie launched Purgatory, a clothing line that offers hoodies, t-shirts, sweatpants, and hats in limited drops. The collections typically sell out within 24 hours. On January 15, the brand will host its first pop-up shop in Los Angeles.

He was previously a member of the content group Sway Gaming

Vinnie became a member of Sway Gaming, a spin-off of famed social media collective Sway House, in July 2020. Sway Gaming placed an emphasis on social media stars collaborating in the space of gaming and esports. Vinnie announced his departure from the group in a TikTok posted on January 2, 2021. Vinnie participated in the “Battle of the Platforms” boxing tournament that took place on June 12, 2021 in Miami, Florida. The event pitted YouTube personalities against TikTok stars, and Vinnie was matched up against Deji Olatunji. Vinnie defied expectations and won. In an Instagram post, he reflected on the victorious moment.

“Each of these guys on the YouTube and TikTok side trained their asses off,” he wrote. “My opponent was fierce and versatile, something that I most definitely did not expect. Each person put a reputation on the line. My trainers Liam and Tyler pushed me day to day to be able to even compete in this battle, and I couldn’t have done it without them either.”

He was rumored to be dating fellow TikTok star Faith Ordway

Back in November 2020, Vinnie and Faith Ordway sparked relationship rumors after posting a TikTok together.

Vinnie’s fans immediately put Faith on blast, citing past social media posts where she used racial slurs and other offensive language. In a series of now-deleted tweets, Faith addressed the backlash and ultimately apologized for her actions, and it seems her relationship with Vinnie ended there.

“I’ll fly home and just quit the job I love, and stop seeing someone who I like since it’s caused issues,” she wrote. “I care more about Vinnie and his image than my own, so I’ll dip because you’re bringing him issues.”

Reggie boasts 155K followers and has received nearly 1.3 million likes on his account, @reggieisahacker, but posts a lot less frequently than his older brother.
