TikTok is one of the apps that have been ruling the smartphones of almost all teenagers. Many started creating videos, many started watching others’ videos, a few became famous through talents and memes, and some are obsessed with becoming famous. Anyway, everybody started using TikTok for short videos to entertain. Dark Mode is so cool to use on all applications. It is good to use TikTok with the dark mode to keep your eye from straining.

Enable TikTok Dark Mode on iPhone

1: Install the TikTok app on your iPhone from the App Store. Launch the app and log in to your account if necessary.

2: Tap the Me option in the bottom menu bar. You will be on the My Profile screen.

3: Tap the three-horizontal menu icon on the top-right corner of the screen.

4: Scroll down to the Content and Activity. Choose the Dark Mode option.

5: Enable the feature and the app background will be changed into black theme automatically.

Alternative Way

The alternative way to enable dark mode on TikTok is by enabling the system-wide dark mode on iPhone.

1: On your iPhone, go to the Settings.

2: On the settings, scroll down to choose the Display and Brightness option.

3: Choose the Dark option.

Dark Mode on TikTok – Android Smartphones

Though the TikTok app is launched in 2016, it is yet to have its dark mode feature on Android smartphones. TikTok app is getting updates frequently with some new features and small UI changes. But, there is no news for dark mode. If you are an Android user, you have to wait a bit longer to get the night theme.

If you are so desperate to use the dark theme on TikTok, you can get the TikTok MOD APK on your Android smartphone or tablet and enable the dark theme. But, these MOD APK files will harm your device and put you at virus threats.

For PCs

If you are TikTok on PCs, you have no luck too. The TikTok webpage won’t respond to any of the dark theme extensions. We have tried the best dark theme extensions on Chrome Web Store and none of them changed the TikTok webpage UI. The PC users have to wait until the dark theme is officially released.
