This wikiHow shows you how to reset your Roblox password through a browser. You can reset your password by accessing the “I forgot my password/username” page on the website or from your Account Settings if you’re logged in.

Resetting Your Password If You Can’t Log In

1. 1Go to the Roblox forgot password page in a web browser. You can choose to reset either your password or your username from here.

3. 3Enter your email address in the text field.
   • If you didn’t sign up with an email address or can’t remember the one that you used, you can click on Use phone number to reset password instead. You’ll need to select your country and enter your phone number.
   • If you don’t remember the email address or the phone number associated with your account, you should contact customer support.

5. 5Go to your email account and click on the email from Roblox. Roblox will send you an email with a link to reset your password.
   • If you used your phone number linked to your Roblox account instead of your email address, you will get a 6-digit code on that phone that you will need to enter in the box on the website to continue.
