CAN I UPGRADE MY TICKET?
Unfortunately, no. You can not upgrade your ticket after purchase.
HOW DO I GET MY TICKETS?
Tickets are in the form of wristbands, and wristbands begin shipping about a month before your event. (Unless you’ve selected the option to pick your ticket up at will-call).
If the event is getting pretty close and you haven’t received any information on your wristband’s shipment, you’ll want to contact Front Gate Tickets at [email protected]frontgatetickets. com
In the event you accidentally cut, tighten, or lose your wristband, don’t worry! We will have replacements for $50. available at Will-Call during the event.

CAN I TRANSFER MY TICKET TO ANOTHER ROLLING LOUD?
No, tickets are not transferrable to other Rolling Loud concerts.
WHAT IS YOUR COVID POLICY?
Rolling Loud Toronto will continue to work with public health authorities to ensure our policies are in accordance with the latest public health guidance in Ontario. Currently, proof of vaccination is not required for outdoor events in Ontario. Please note that requirements and protocols, such as vaccination, are subject to change, so be sure to check back closer to the event for the latest information.

GO transit train (Westbound / Eastbound): Get off at Exhibition station. Walk to Ontario place.
511 Bathurst TTC Streetcar: From Bathurst Subway Station: the 511 Bathurst Streetcar south brings you to Fleet street at Fort York.
504B King TTC Streetcar: From Broadview Subway Station: The 504B King Streetcar brings you to the Dufferin Gate Loop.
509 Harbourfront TTC Streetcar: From Union Station: the 509 Harbourfront Streetcar brings you to Fleet street at Fort York.

UBER PICK UP/DROP OFF ZONES
For fans traveling west/north into the city we will have two zones located in Liberty Village.
Walk towards Exhibition station, under the train tracks into Liberty Village.

For fans traveling east into the city please walk east from the festival exit towards Coronation Park.

LANE CLOSURE
Please note from Thursday, September 8th at 12:01am – Monday September 12th at 6AM, the eastbound lanes of Lake Shore Blvd are closed from British Columbia Rd to Strachan Ave.
The Martin Goodman Trail has been relocated to the north curb lane of Lake Shore Blvd for 2-way traffic.
Westbound traffic will be in the remaining two lanes along Lake Shore Blvd.
IS THERE PARKING?
Parking will be extremely limited in the area as the festival site is utilizing Ontario Place parking lots, we recommend you taking Public Transit or Ride Share services.
WHAT AGE DO I HAVE TO BE TO ATTEND?

WHERE SHOULD I BOOK MY ACCOMMODATION?
Downtown Toronto offers a wide variety of quality hotels near the festival.
We recommend staying the following hotels which are close by:
Hotel X, The Westin Harbour Castle, Le Germain Toronto Maple Leaf Square, Bisha Hotel Toronto, Residence Inn by Marriot, Hyatt Regency Toronto, Delta Hotel, Hilton Downtown, Hilton Airport.
The Toronto International Film Festival: TIFF will be happening the same weekend as our event, so we suggest booking your accommodations as soon as possible as hotels can fill up quickly during this time of the year.
WHICH AIRPORT SHOULD I FLY INTO?
Toronto Pearson International Airport can be reached from most major US and International airports, with both direct and non-direct flights (35 minute drive to the festival site).
Billy Bishop Airport is the closest airport to the festival (7 mins), and can be reached on direct flights from New York, Chicago, Boston, and Washington.
Coming into Canada all travelers will need to be fully vaccinated.

IS ROLLING LOUD WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?
Rolling Loud is a fully accessible event, and we are dedicated to continually improving our efforts to ensure you have access to all the event amenities. We welcome and encourage all feedback and suggestions from our patrons. The following explains the services provided this year. For any accessibility-related questions please email us at [email protected] We will do our best to assist you and address your accessibility needs.
The venue is fully navigable for people with mobility disabilities. The event is held on asphalt. There are accessible pathways connected throughout the venue including entrances, stages, vendors and all other activity areas. We encourage all guests with mobility disabilities to utilize personal forms of transportation, including wheelchairs and scooters. If you need to recharge your motorized wheelchair, you may do so at the Guest Services building inside the festival. Patrons should bring all cords and accessories needed to charge their devices. Chargers must use a 15 amp circuit. We will not be providing wheelchair or scooter rentals.

NO backpacks, purses or bags are allowed to be brought into the venue, EXCEPT for the following:
Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12″ x 6″ x 12.” (official Rolling Loud clear plastic tote bags are available online HERE);
One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags, i.e. Ziploc bag or something similar;
Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand (and that do not exceed 4.5″ x 6.5”), with or without a handle or strap; and
Clear plastic Hydration packs (empty upon entry), i.e. clear plastic CamelBak bag or something similar.
For the avoidance of doubt, iridescent, color-tinted, and opalescent bags are NOT allowed; they must be clear.

CAN I GO IN AND OUT OF THE FESTIVAL EACH NIGHT?
There is no re-entry into the main festival site each day.
HOW DO I REQUEST A REFUND?
Unfortunately, if an event is not cancelled or rescheduled, we cannot offer a refund to you. All sales are final that are purchased through Front Gate Tickets. This information can be viewed online in the Terms Of Use & Sale that you agreed to when purchasing the ticket.
In the event that concerts are canceled or postponed, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for that concert. For exact instructions on any canceled or postponed concert, please check the concert information online or contact us. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the Event Provider may set refund limitations.

Rolling Loud Toronto will be 100% cashless. Only credit cards and debit cards are accepted on site.

IS THERE A FAN CODE OF CONDUCT?
Yes! Rolling Loud Toronto committed to creating a safe, respectful and inclusive experience for everyone. Inappropriate conduct is subject to ejection and includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Use of threatening, offensive or abusive language or gestures.
Discrimination, bullying or hate that harasses, victimizes, degrades, or intimidates an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, race, national origin, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, age, ability, physical appearance or other.
Harassment, including unwelcome or hostile behavior, physical contact or sexual attention.
Fighting or any other type of violence.
Wearing or using clothing, signs, and banners which are offensive in nature.
Intoxication or impairment due to alcohol/cannabis or consumption of illegal substances.
Throwing objects or interfering with the progress of the event.
Being in possession of alcohol not purchased inside the event.
Being a minor in possession of alcohol or providing a minor with alcohol.
Being in possession of any weapons, illegal substances or any other banned items.
Unpermitted access and breaching perimeters to the event, VIP areas or other restricted areas.
Any other conduct that may be deemed by Rolling Loud Toronto to be inappropriate or which may adversely affect the safety of persons or property, or disruption of the event.
Rolling Loud Toronto will not tolerate any unsafe, offensive behaviour that violates this Fan Code of Conduct. Failure to abide by this Code may result in ejection, and suspension from entering any or all of our venues and events.
Each of us has a responsibility to report any act that goes against the values that we stand for. So, if you see something, say something. Report any safety concerns to our management team or security right away.

There sure is! Health & safety at our event is our number 1 priority. Medical tents and roaming teams are in place, be sure to note these locations upon entry to the event or ask event staff for help, if needed.
IS THERE FESTIVAL HEALTH AT THE EVENT?
Festival Health is an overarching term that provides education and resources on attending festivals and concerts safely from sunscreen and water, to safe substance use and alcohol consumption. We have all had a break from large events during the last couple years so if you are feeling uneasy or have any questions about steps you can take for your health and safety at events – check out their tent for more information. They are the ones in the cool purple shirts.
IS THERE FOOD AND DRINKS AVAILABLE?
A variety of food and beverage options will be available on site. We allow one empty plastic reusable bottle (32oz max, no metal/glass) per person and there will be free water stations on site for guests to fill their bottles.
Information regarding food trucks will be released closer to the festival.
ARE THERE LOCKERS?
Why stress about losing your ID, dancing with a full backpack, or carrying around new merch? Keep your items safe and secure throughout the weekend – and your phone fully charged – by renting a locker. General Admission and VIP Lockers are available to purchase! Please purchase your locker reservation according to your ticket type access.
