Problems with products on Etsy are not uncommon. What is extremely uncommon is a seller who has everyone else to blame but themselves, and a casual disregard for other people. This shop owner happily pointed to her shop policies that absolved her of the pesky responsibility of needing to help me, and then under the guise of concern, she blamed my jeweler and blamed me, and lectured me on how to go about replacing my own pearl that never should have fallen out of the ring in the first place. My jeweler did not damage the Epoxy, Carla, nor did I. You sold me a lemon and refuse to accept a shred of responsibility. $320 and it lasted two months. A rare occurrence doesn’t mean it isn’t possible, nor do your shop policies mean you shouldn’t still just be a decent human being.

This ring was in perfect condition when it was purchased. All our inventory is previously owned and before we list an item we clean, test the gold and/or stones, and inspect it throughly to insure the quality. You can confirm that by reading the 1,000+ positive reviews from our customers. You purchased a ring that was too small for you, took it to a local jeweler and instead of sizing it properly decided to cut open the base of the shank to make it adjustable. Two months later you approached me asking to return the ring because you lost one of the pearls. Even looking past our return policy of one week, you altered the ring before contacting me for help.
