This wikiHow teaches you how to access the Archive folder in Outlook. You can access the Archived folder in the sidebar on Outlook.com and the Windows Mail app. On the Outlook app, you’ll need to import the Outlook email file.

Click Archive located in the left sidebar of your Outlook mailbox.

Click Archive . When you click on the Archive folder located in the left column, all archived emails will appear in the right pane.
