Here’s an article on how to remove add-ons and downloadable content on your PlayStation 4. The PlayStation 4 doesn’t allow you to delete add-ons individually. However, you can delete the entire game and reinstall it to remove the extra program. Don’t worry. This will not delete saved game data.
