Exercise is the best way to tone muscles, lose weight and fight sagging skin. Exercising or yoga for the face is a natural way to make the face look younger, as facial muscles are toned and wrinkles are reduced. They are also good exercises if you have problems with your facial muscles, helping to create a more toned and confident appearance. Steps
Exercise for the muscles in the forehead and eyes
- Place your index finger just above each eye.
