How to Copy Tables from PDF to Excel

Open Excel. You can open a new project or resume a saved project in Excel.

Click From File and select From PDF . When hovering over the first option, the menu will keep expanding for you to choose From PDF . Then Excel will open the file manager (Finder for Mac and File Explorer for Windows).

Navigate and double-click the PDF file. You can also select the PDF file and then click Import .
