How to make vegetarian fried sticky rice
Step 1Soak sticky rice and prepare ingredients
Sticky rice you soak for about 6-8 hours , then take it out, wash it with water and then drain. Tapioca, carrots, onions you peel, wash and then diced.
Step 2Steamed sticky rice

Step 3Stir-fry

Step 4Make sticky rice

Step 5Fried sticky rice
Put about 450ml of cooking oil in a pan, bring to a boil. When the oil is hot, fry the sticky rice on medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Remove the sticky rice to a plate lined with greaseproof paper.
Note : Do not let sticky rice stick together when frying, it will be difficult to remove. Fry with a moderate amount to avoid lowering the oil temperature, making the sticky rice not crispy. While frying, pour oil over the top of the sticky rice to cook evenly.
