Step 1Process materials

Sugar water: You put a pan on the stove, add 100g of jaggery with 200ml of water. Cook until the sugar dissolves and boils, then add 1 tablespoon of ginger juice, ¼ teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of tapioca starch mixed with 20ml of water. Then, stir until the mixture thickens.
