Step 3:
- After 30 minutes of soaking ginger, pour the ginger into the basket, rinse with clean water.
- Bring the water to a boil, add the juice of 1 lemon to the pot and briefly cover for about 3-4 minutes , remove and drain (Figure 1).
- Next, mix together the ginger, green papaya and pineapple in a large bowl (picture 2).
Step 4:
- You weigh the ginger mixture just mixed up, every 1 kg is equivalent to 600 grams of sugar.
- Add the sugar to the mixture, mix well and marinate for at least 4 hours or more for the sugar to dissolve (Figure 5).
