How to make Western style pate
Step 1Process materials
Wash the pork balls thoroughly with salt, then you put the bubbles in a bowl and pour white wine and a little crushed ginger to soak until use. Scrub the bubbles a few more times and then squeeze to drain , because pork bubbles often have a pungent smell, so you should handle them carefully to make the dish delicious.
Clean shaved pork skin, put a pot of water, add a little salt and boil the skin until just cooked . Then you take it out to cool and slice the fat under the pork skin. Finally, you tilt the blade to cut the pork skin into thin pieces about 1 finger long.
You wash the thigh meat thoroughly, dry it and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
Wash the pork belly fat, peel it off and let it cool, then cut it into cubes.
