How to make traditional green bean mooncakes
Step 1Making the cake
Soak the peeled green beans in warm water for 2 hours. Then, bring the green beans into the pot and cover the beans with water, turn on the stove and cook. Put the cooked beans in the blender and puree the beans. Next, put the ground beans in a non-stick pan and slug the beans. Add 150g of white sugar and stir continuously until the sugar is completely dissolved.
