I. Individual class:
With your own group or individual class, you can freely choose your schedule and place of taking class, as well.
II. Online Class:
One on One Vietnamese lessons via Skype, Zalo, Zoom,..
Schedule can be flexible from 6am to 10pm (Vietnam-time) from Monday to Sunday.
Learners can study Vietnamese in English, Chinese or Japanese.

Regulation:
I. For individual classes:
1. Starting date can be scheduled at student’s convenience.
2. Each session must be 1.5 hours, and a minimum of 2 sessions per week. If students ask to take only 1 hour/session,
extra fee will be added.
3. Students must attend at least 3 sessions per month.
4. In case student is to be absent from any class due to certain objective reason, notification should be made to
school or directly to teacher at least 01 (one) day in advance. Should student fails or makes late notification,
tuition for such class will not be refunded.
5. The compensated class meeting, if any, will be arranged by the teacher and the student.
6. Once students choose a class schedule, sessions will be fixed.
7. In case the trainer is absent due to whatsoever reason, an alternative trainer with equal qualifications and
experiences will be arranged by the school.
8. Tests will be given every three lessons to continually assess students’ proficiency.
9. In case, student is to quit the course, tuition fees will not be refunded, but can be credited towards another
course or transferred to another student within 12 months of initial payment.
10. Tuition fees will be paid for the whole course of 50 hours and 3 days before the first class session by cash or
bank transfer.
II. For group classes:
1. Starting date will be scheduled according to the availability of all participants.
2. If a student cancels class, make-up lessons can be arranged, with the same fees as an individual class.
3. If a student is to be absent from any class due to any reason, tuition for such class will not be refunded.
4. If during the course a student would like to move to an individual class, he/she must inform the school at least one
week in advance.
5. Tuition fees must be paid for the whole course and one week before the course starts.
